It is really much better than its 5th edition. Lots of updates with new authors make this edition more practical. Some chapters are completely re-written in an organized way.By Kyaw M. Htun
This is a great book. I read it 23 years ago in my internship and it changed my views of how to treat patients by understanding their disease processes. This new edition is a must read for anyone starting their internship before anesthesia or for anyone else that would like to have a better understanding of common coexisting diseases in their patients.By Doctor D
