I was told to get this on an OBGYN rotation for medical school. I purchased the Kindle version expecting to get access to the online question bank in a seperate email like the product description states. I've waited for 24+ hours and received no email, and I've talked to Kindle support twice and have just been told to keep waiting. Save yourself the hassle and simply purchase the physical copy.By M. The formatting of this text is much worse than a lot of other study guides out there. Figures and tables in the kindle edition are very difficult to read. They are small and you cannot zoom in to look at important structures. Tables are so small that some of them are not even readable. Also, this kindle book does not have page numbers. I think I'd be ok with this if the technology to properly format this kind of text simply wasn't available; however, it is, and other study guides like First Aid for Step 1 (2014) have utilized it and made their books much easier to read.By AGP
