The section on compatibility in drugs is very confusing and hard to follow. I really don't love this book and think it could have been more user friendly.

I found this book easy to read, easy to follow and found in the hospitals. Good to know nurses on the floor are using this and its not just a book our instructors told us to check out. IT is actually used! Works for me. I hate that its so expensive but I'd rather go with up to date when it involved drugs. Buy current. Resist the urge to go older/cheaper. I did that with one of my drug books, bad decision, had to keep borrowing others text books to look up current things that just weren't found in my book.
