This new version has been updated and is a tremendous source of information.

Book was still wrapped in plastic and in perfect condition. Shipping was a little slow but that was OK. It was received on the day it was supposed to come. Book went from Orlando FL to Kentucky and back to southern Florida. I thought this was a round about way to ship but guess it had to go to the Amazon warehouse or something.
