The Kindle version of this book lacks a table of contents. Had I know this ahead of time I never would have purchased it. I thought it would be great to have a copy of the code book on my tablet that comes to work with me everyday so that I could get the big paperback version out of my truck. Unfortunately since there is no table of contents, there is no easy way to look up the specific codes you are looking for. This makes the book useless for anything other than reading front to back which is not how it gets used most times. By the way the 2011 version does include a table of contentsBy nbraun18
