There was nothing wrong with the item, however, I sent the book back because my daughter's classes were dropped (she sent an incomplete immunization record to the school). I sent the book back in the same condition it was sent to me with the exception that my daughter had already tore open the plastic wrap. When a credit was given THEY CHARGED US $31.04 RESTOCKING FEE! ALMOST 50%! Maybe I overlooked it, but I don't remember reading anything about a restocking fee when I ordered it. I've never have trouble with AMAZON before, but I will definitely be more careful next time or just buy them somewhere else.By Silvia Botello
