I bought this book because I was writing an essay to try to gain admission to a nursing informatics program. For someone with no knowledge of the field it was an excellent introduction and it actually holds up well considering how quickly the field is changing and advancing. It was easy to read and understand and seemed to hit a lot of important elements of this field.By Rebecca Salzberg
