I have been a pharmacy technician for 35 years. I work at a independent pharmacy and last month our bosses decided that we needed to be certified. In our work environment we do not use the calculations, IV preps etc that are required knowledge for the certification exam. I have not been a student for many years. I purchased this book with the hope that it would explain and help me get a great understanding of the calculations I need to learn. It has definitely done just that. I would recommend this book to anyone needing to study for the exam.
