I waited after reading all the previous reviews to order this book. I also did not order until calling Elsevier to verify the questions were indeed on line. I have avoided taking this exam for years so this is now my 3rd edition. The CD disc that came with my previous copy did not work.
So, my book arrived, online services helped me getting the key code entered and all is well in the world. If I wouldn't lose Internet connections, life would be superb. All the questions are great, although I have found at least 2 wrong answers selected even though the computer response explanation selects "in wording" my response. The review questions do help with studying as that leads to reading in search of finding answers, thus learning (or remembering) in the process.

UPDATE: I passed my CCRN August 14th, and this book was the only review book for the exam I opened. Excellent!

I bought this book for the online study questions. I used that to guide my studying because this book is just so dense, you can't tell what is important and what isn't. Anyway, I passedy test a few weeks later, 116 questions correct out of 125. If you buy this book only for the online access, ut will be worth your money.. I highly recommend it.
