I had ordered this book in hopes of picking up more knowledge of the software MediSoft that we use at my workplace. This is only a workbook to be used in a classroom setting. It did not explain why things are done a certain way and how the system work all together. I was disappointed and wish this was explained before spending the time on ordering it. I would like to send it back.By Sandra R. Hoffart
Step by step instructions to walk you through making a claim.By Joy Williams
I just wish it would have spent more time walking us through actual transactions.
